Whistleblower Act

Integrity and transparency are divisional values inside and outside and classroom.

We have our own whistleblower act. AP 404 Duty to Report (Whistleblower Protection Act) gives our employees and the community at large the ability to call out and report unlawful or improper conduct without fear of retaliation. The procedure outlines the process for reporting concerns to the Superintendent and the Board Chair, and details how these reports are reviewed and investigated while protecting the confidentially of the whistleblower.
